If that was the case then your goat herders all over Kosovo would be in prison since even EU officials have stated that the most corrupt region in Europe was Kosovo. Not saying there are no criminals amongst Serbs but Albos win this one hands down.
As already said this is all part of a process of intimidation by the supreme goat herder Kurti who made lots of promises and has not delivered one yet.
