As most honest observers know, the Russian economy has been weak for some time now due to existing sanctions. Currently, Russia’s economy is the size of Italy’s. Furthermore, the price of oil and gas will drop because the US and Saudi Arabia will open their spigot and drive the price down to a level that will not be profitable for Russia. However, this is only for starters as the US has many other options to bring Russia to its knees.
