Dodik: "If NATO intervenes, we'll ask our friends for help; We will defend ourselves"

Milorad there is a greater chance of snow falling in the equator than NATO intervening, especially after its victorious efforts in Afghanistan.
As far a war is concerned that's only Bekrija Izetbegovic shooting off his mouth because no one will fight for him or his party.
I do like the part if NATO intervenes he will ask for help from their friends.

Russia should not encourage Serbia to poke NATO in the eye. The last time that happened, in 1999, Russia let Serbia hang out to dry. It has taken Serbia twenty years to recover from NATO’s rather mutated response. This time, NATO’s response will be much more robust. A word to the wise for Serbia should be sufficient to avoid a devastating attack on Serbia.

Serbia today is better than just about anyone else in the region, their economy is booming, army is 20 times more powerful, etc.
Meanwhile America is now $30 trillion in debt(130% of GDP), retreated from Afghanistan after defeat, etc.
In 1999 Russia was in turmoil led by a drunk Yeltsin. Today its orderly, getting wealthy, has a 17% debt to GDP, and of course is headed by Putin. If you recall Putin has said that had he been in charge of Russia in '99 nato would never had attacked Serbia.
