Same thoughts Ataman. I was thinking how shameful this disastrous situation must have been for any decent people from any country with a decent history. Not talking about say Russia with its glorious history, but any other country, even small balkans countries. We would have been covered with shame for the rest of our lives, japanese and chinese would have made karakiri. Those people have no shame at all, or as albos say, have eaten the shame with their bread. Or or its all orchestrated on purpose in order to leave behind chaos and possibly civil war so Isis would take over Afghanistan.

Nope, this was a real story on B92. One morning the Ukrainians and Germans woke up to see Americans and their dogs being evacuated in secret, their NATO / UA comrades being left behind in the doo-doo.

Was a disaster PR move.

I suspect, that PR disaster was result of utter dumbness. Shame could be something unknown to the perpetrators.

I am sure, the dumb decision was made somewhere back in the US by a major idiot, not by the American military commanders in Kabul responsible for evacuation.

What worries me: same idiots could decide about a nuclear strike.
