If Novak was a citizen of a Western nation, the media will be going crazy about him. There be never ending stories on tv, newspapers, magazines, radio, podcasts and social media.
That doesn't bother him at all, as long as his country, his supporters and family is there, it gives him the will to continue.

True if Novak was from the west the media would gloat over him, but since he is from a country that does not cow tail to the west they barely report on him.
As I have already said Novak should continue to win as many grand slam as possible before retiring. After he retire these westerns will try and paste over all this behaviour by giving him awards, but the worst thing Novak can do to them is say when it would have meant something I did not get them and now they are meaningless and his advice is dont do that to anyone else.
This will hurt them more than anyone can imagine. It will brand all sports and badly.
