I'm not a medical research scientists nor a doctor, but the oldest and most respected medical Journal in the world, the UK's Lancet, has said that after stage 3 trials Sputnik is 91% effective.
However, they land of freedom and democracy fears that if you take Sputnik V then overnight you come to hate freedom etc and start warming up to dictatorial rule so they declare its better to take Pfyzer or Moderna to continue loving freedom etc. Or is all this talk about market share?

Will all the vaccines that are flooding Serbia, why is it so difficult to get inoculated? Perhaps, the vaccines are being diverted to the Black Market where it sold by the mafia to countries willing to pay a higher price.
