Most outlets here agree that Kosovo never had more than 114 recognitions. But they do report that Serbia has had success and its approx 50/50 now. The figures are vague because 4 or 5 nations never had a view on Kosovo, but they are included on Kosovos list.
BBC Online, Time magazine and others often report on Serbias success. Most now agree that its 97 to Serbia and 96 to Kosovo. But if its an Albanian reporter obviously they will tow the Pristina line.
But what is 100% for sure is that Kosovo has no chance of joining int. organisations because of Russia and China (they are in the security council). Of course not much will change because nobdy can threaten or force these nations to recognise Kosovo.
