Is there a Cacak in Kosova or is this Serbia proper? Surely the Albos' allies and bosom buddies will announce such an investment there? Can we expect such announcement soon?
Its amazing that a country run by, as some of our opponents call it, a regime or dictatorship seems to attract investors left right and center and yet the "newest" country in Europe filled with democracy and freedom cant.
