RFE: Thirteen EU members demand expansion to Western Balkans in a non-paper?
France sent an informal document to EU members, demanding a "renewed approach" in the enlargement process of the Western Balkan countries, RFE has learned
Obviously EU had bad past experience with some already members such as Hungary and Poland. So rightfully they are going with the fine tooth comb. I fõ not blame them for one.
