Kosovo doesn't have billions.
What does Serbian government want? They are so obviously under Russian sway that any talk of joining EU makes me wee my pants in laughter. What is more laughable is that Ruskies are buying influence with bunch of paddock bashers. Vucic and voters are complete disaster.
