Occupying force will be confronted with the whole population trained to fight and it will sustain great casualties which should make them think twice before deciding to invade. Tool of deterrence will not be strong army. Tool of deterrence will be strong population.

Serbs need strong Army if wish too keep own freedom. Country who have issue with Islamic Terorist on south need strong Army like Israel.
