I'm against redrawing of the borders. To say that there can't be any change of borders of the republics of former Yugoslavia, then insist on changing Serbia's borders all while insist that borders can't change is hypocritical nonsense. How about independence for RS from Bosnia then? Whole Croatia, whole Bosnia, whole Serbia then! Simple.

What these war criminals are trying to do is settle the matter before anyone else comes along and declares them just that, war criminals, and their legacy gets thrown in the mud.

The pressure is all on Serbia. Kosova and the West are in the same page. Mutual recognition and no border correction is what the West is aiming for. If the borders are to be touched in this agreement than Kosova will go back and claim all their stolen lands from the neighboring countries. A chunk of Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia will go to their rightful owners, the Albanians.

Romanians born in rep Serbia are the serbian.
What freedom do they want? They can be also dual citizens and they can always go back to romania.
They cannot have more freedom than serbians do.

Serbia proper will have:

-From the river Ibar and north including Zubin Potok. AGREED
-The Trepca mining complex. PARTLY AGREED WITH PERCENT
-Gazivoda lake. AGREED
-UN will stay according to 1244 AGREED
-There will be Serbian cantons in all serbian church/monastary places including Patriach of Pec and Decani monastery and serbian majority villages and places. AGREED
-Kfor will stay to guard those places with international military. (Just like Nato are present in some countries after WW 2.) AGREED
-Serbian police in all above areas. AGREED TOGETHER WITH KFOR. NO SERB MILITARY


Albanians will have:

-The rest of Kosovo as a country. AGREED
-Membership UN, Unesco etc etc. AGREED
-Presevo town. PARTLY AGREED (Problem with border)

Staff, what if we do agree to allow them into UN, but Russia still insists on not letting them in? I believe the thought is that we would convince Russia to allow this because of out relationship, but what if they still say no?
