It’s sad for me to say it, but all Serbian politicians are the same....even the supposed good ones are rotten once they get some power. Tyranny and violence and persecution always win and dominate in Serbian politics and society because that is what the majority of its people want. It’s rotten from the ground up.

If you want to be smart, never ever trust a Serb. It will be your Serbian neighbors like they were in Bosnia that killed Muslim Bosnians and Christian Croatians. Always sleep with one eye open around them.. Albanians learned this a long time ago, that is why their plan to defeat Serbia worked so well. Serbs are quite predictable and Albanians seized on that predictability.

I can tell you that your TURKISH ANCESTORS retreated to your homeland after the battle and they didn't return for 23 years. Now, pray tell, who do you think got the best of who? Oh, and the odds were at least 5 to 1 with respect to military.

So what would Jeremić propose as an alternative? It's one thing to criticise, but it's another to provide a suitable alternative.

Instead of successfully investing fictive money in Serbia, you should spend your time asking yourself what has Russia done for you Serbs?

Start from obsolete military carcasses for a humongous brotherly maintenance fee.

Wrong. Russia supports its own interest. Moscow has a soft spot for their little brother but Putin's main and only interest is remaking USSR. In this pursuit if it means selling some old junk plains or buying Serbian assets for pennies on the dollar then so be it.

The moment that it suits their own interest to drop Serbia well it will get dropped.

Job of the opposition is to be just that, opposition and keep pointing out any faults they can find.
Opposition is not supposed to come up with solutions since they can't implement any of it but their duty is to present their plans at election time.
If there were to be an election in Serbia this year, I am certain that Jeremic will have to present his policies at this time.
If he has solutions which would serve Serbia better I would love to hear that. Time will come.
The job of journalists is to probe into what he is saying and ask questions. If he is not asked to present some evidence of what he is accusing Vucic of then media is failing.
At present I can't say one way or another.

Peggy, USA has shown their support for Kosova for a very long time (even before the war started in 1999), it has been 20 years since the war and their support has not changed. When we build relationships with other countries we are not building them on affection but we are building them on mutual respect and interests. We are not that needy to crave affection from other countries. In the other hand if Serbia is craving affection, they have picked the wrong country to get affection from knowing what Russia is all about. Good luck on your search for affection!

Sj, The west has supported Kosova in many ways in building our country structurally and politically. And it is not just the USA but all the free democratic countries! The West wants peaceful Europe and doesn't allow the repeat of wars from the Balkan bully/aggressor Serbia. I am sure it is difficult for a serb to comprehend having good relationships and having allies since you all have none!
