Serbia grateful to Greece for not changing stance on Kosovo

Kosovo is grateful to USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy, etc. You know, the same countries that saved Greece from bankruptcy.

That's simply to allow Albanians fleeing Kosovo to transfer to another country.Most likely Turkey. They also accept Albanians with Serbian passports too. Whatever Albanians need to leave and never come back.
