Former head of the economics unit of the International Civilian Office in Kosovo Andrea Lorenzo Capussela has spoken about "four points regarding Hashim Thaci."
Well, it’s quite simple to figure this one out!

"1) The EU set up a special war-crimes court; 2) Thaci is an obvious suspect; 3) Federica Mogherini and Johannes Hahn want the land swap that Thaci advocated; 4) Federica Mogherini chose the court’s judges and prosecutors. Can 1-4 contribute to explaining why the court hasn't yet indicted anyone?"
Is the court set up to only ever indict Thaci? If not, the question at the end is not the logical conclusions of 1-4.

So Until then, the Serbian army, police and others moved all over, without "crossing boarders", which you are inventing. You should also know that all those armed rebels in all European countries and your Rocky Mountains, are terrorists and are treated as such, and should be treated as such. Anyway, buy a history book about the Balkans, which could teach you the facts and notfairt tales abou "freedom fighters".
