KSF didn't have any orders to stop Vucic. The Kosovo government allowed Vucic to visit after Serbia cried to the EU for a whole day. Watch the videos though and see how Vucic's body guards had to give up their weapons at the border, while KSF escorted them in full gear throughout Northern Kosovo. That's in case you still have any doubts who the real rulers of Northern Kosovo are.
Ultimately it is the Kosovo government who makes the last decision on who can come in. Sometimes they need to make concessions to please the EU and other times they can drag Serb officials from Northern Kosovo to give them a lesson when they step out of line. Got that, Serbian boy?
