The reason why Daddy is selling arms to Burundi and others to try and get recognitions withdrawn is because he doesn’t want the number of recognitions to reach the 2/3 of UN mark (about 129 or 130). That’s the point when Russia’s veto starts looking more like a blockage rather than a justified veto. It’s a legitimacy game at this point. Of course internally all Balkan countries are crappy. Even places like Spain, Portugal, Italy or Greece are pretty low standard compared to what good states should be like, ie. Scandinavia, Switzerland, etc.

Even though no shred if physical evidence exists to link anyone of these three to war crimes in the former YU, the ICTY standard of evidence is so bizarre (similar to the corrupt gang who prosecuted Oliver Ivanovic) that it enabled politically biased witch hunts and prejudicially corrupt prosecution.

If this claim is true and Dacic is offering arms to other countries then he is promoting terrorism, plain and simple. He has avoided the Hague thus far, however, I believe this action will get him into hot water with the US. Considering the harsh position, and rightly so, the US has taken on assault weapons, Dacic will have no valid excuse for giving out weapons that could easily end up in terrorists' hands. He had better get himself a good lawyer because this act is not going to be overlooked by the EU. He should already be in the Hague for his roll in the wars of the 1990's. He thought he was being clever by doing what he did, but this recent act will surely end him up in the Hague Hilton. No amount of diplomatic immunity will protect him.
