The only real solution would be to admit Serbia, Kosovo and Albania into the EU at the same time. If one country joins first, it will be an obstacle to the other. Right now, it's in Kosovo's advantage to delay Serbia's EU integration and have Albania join before Serbia as an insurance policy.
Minority associations have to be created either in both Serbia and Kosovo, or none. Otherwise associations can create more obstacles.
Political chaos in Kosovo hurts Kosovo's citizens more than it helps Serbia. There are no illusions that Kosovo will make any territorial concessions to Serbia. A small demarcation with friendly Montenegro blocked the country for two years, one with Serbia would be impossible to implement.

Bismillah Rrahmani Rrahim to Open Society Kosova! Question number 1: I am impressed from your list of references. I have never ever seen conversations with anonymous people being cited in serious reports. It is not serious because we have no guarantee these anonymoooouuus variooouuus analysts western ones or these senior officials from eu member states or these independent observers from belgrade exist in reality or are fiction personalities. These are all Vip people so no fear to have their organs removed. So why hide under anonimat? This is all hearsaying in my opinion. Once you reply to me on this we can discuss on the report in detail.

So this article goes back and forth without clearing up how Kosovo and Serbia can join the EU without recognizing each other. It’s obvious that Serbia wants an exchange of territories with Kosovo in order to use the same argument in B&H. Although it wouldn’t gain much in the Kosovo case, since it would be a swap, it would gain a lot in Bosnia since it would be a net gain. The West is not stupid to not know this. I think the one who needs to wake up is the EU. They must not give any path towards membership to Serbia unless it recognizes Kosovo, which concurrently means giving up on any RS territory dreams.
