It's less important how many of these people will be convicted for what they maybe did than to have them tried. This will take at least 10 years probably, and our satisfaction is in that the world will finally hear about their wrongdoings. There's no doubt, unfortunately, that their resistance will slow down their economy and transition into modern European country even further. Serbia will be an EU member for at least 10 years before Kosovo even become an official candidate. Even Albania started negotiations 5 years earlier than Serbia and became official candidate 6 years later than Serbia. They weren't under international sanctions, isolation, they weren't bombed by NATO and they still can't do it. So, imagine Kosovo then?

Obviously, you being a Serb-hater, you want to make more difficult the conviction of individuals accused of war crimes against Serbs by adding this additional requirement (KLA membership) for conviction.

Luckily, the Court will follow the law and not your Serb-hating dreams. If any of the individuals indicted claims the njegos "defense" that he or she was not a KLA member, that individual will be told by the Court that such a "defense" is irrelevant and the only thing that the prosecution needs to prove is whether such individual committed a war crime.

What Serbia or Croatia or Bosnia do is irrelevant. If those 60+ people committed war crimes in Kosovo, Kosovo would do the right thing by having those 60+ people prosecuted. Locking criminals up is a good thing for all Kosovo citizens of any ethnicity. And just because Croatia, Bosnia and Serbia may not prosecute criminals, that does not mean that is an example that Kosovo should follow!

Obviously, you being a Serb-hater, you want to make more difficult the conviction of individuals accused of war crimes against Serbs by adding this additional requirement (KLA membership) for conviction.

Luckily, the Court will follow the law and not your Serb-hating dreams. If any of the individuals indicted claims the njegos "defense" that he or she was not a KLA member, that individual will be told by the Court that such a "defense" is irrelevant and the only thing that the prosecution needs to prove is whether such individual committed a war crime.

truth always gets out in the end. The western press in cahoots with govt handlers have tried to suppress it, but soon the world will find out what kind of people their deep state apparatus was supporting.

It's less important how many of these people will be convicted for what they maybe did than to have them tried. This will take at least 10 years probably, and our satisfaction is in that the world will finally hear about their wrongdoings. There's no doubt, unfortunately, that their resistance will slow down their economy and transition into modern European country even further. Serbia will be an EU member for at least 10 years before Kosovo even become an official candidate. Even Albania started negotiations 5 years earlier than Serbia and became official candidate 6 years later than Serbia. They weren't under international sanctions, isolation, they weren't bombed by NATO and they still can't do it. So, imagine Kosovo then?

Good intentions I think and Serbs mustn't be agressive. Opposite, I would support this step towards reconciliation.
