He should speak about Serbian genocide towards Kosovar Albanians and apologize for what Serbs did to innocent people.

Unfortunately for Serbia, they are humiliated each time they must negotiate with the Republic of Kosova. It burns Serbs to no end when they must sit across the negotiations table from Kosova and grovel to gain membership to the EU, knowing they have to eventually recognize Kosova in order to achieve their most critical of goals. Until then, Serbia will remain on the outside looking in, as a drooling stray dog does while peering into the window of a well stocked meat market.
