Several are 5 or more levels, despite all other buildings in the area being 2 levels.
None of these new building have enough parking, so we have at least 250 more cars blocking roads and sidewalks.
All are connected to utilities despite this and all will eventually be legalized despite the fact that no residents want these buildings apart from the land-owners.

Either this is accepted behaviour or it is not. You cannot selectively apply the laws to some citizens and allow others to break the law.

This mosque was started in 2014 so the old laws apply, and it has the same status as Nikolics house.

My argument still stands even if it was started in 2016. The only reason this building was demolished is because of spite.
Within a 5km radius of that mosque, there are a dozen more illegal buildings of the same status, none of which will be demolished.
The law needs to be applied to all citizens equally.

In my area there are over 10 new apartment blocks in the last few years, all built illegally.
Several are 5 or more levels, despite all other buildings in the area being 2 levels.
None of these new building have enough parking, so we have at least 250 more cars blocking roads and sidewalks.
All are connected to utilities despite this and all will eventually be legalized despite the fact that no residents want these buildings apart from the land-owners.

Either this is accepted behaviour or it is not. You cannot selectively apply the laws to some citizens and allow others to break the law.
This mosque should be knocked down the day after they demolish Nikolics' holiday home

In Pristina ,Serbian Orthodox church's with permits build 100's of years ago get demolish ,by Muslims.

How do you know it's "illegal" , they should build your home in the furthest manure pasture in Turkey.

If it was built illegally and without planning permission it should be demolished immediately and those responsible for the structure should be punished according to the law. No pity; no religion is above the law.

You cannot equate an illegally (half) built mosque with a house. Those who understand Serbia's history will understand why the mosque must be demolished.

The law should apply to ALL - from the President down to the commonfolk. If they prevented Albanians from having a statue of a KLA memorial in southern Serbia because of legal issues, then this illeagaly built Mosque, along with Nikolics illeagaly built house needs to come down. It is CRITICAL that the Serbian be applied in Serbia. If the law is a bad law, then it is up to citizanary of that country to alter it. though I have nothing to say against your position, it is valid, good and right in my opinion as well, however, to play a little bit of devil's advocate, when these balkan countries were all buried in yugoslavia, they built more libraries, schools and jobs. the citizens picked this avenue. they wanted separation, a distinction. that distinction is symbolized through religion and cemented through construction of religions sites, through money and effort wasting on religiousness. this is an obvious conclusion of a religiously fueled civil war. had people wanted libraries and peace they would have done so, they wanted war and gods.

I completely agree with everything BUT no mosque has been attacked or destroyed in Manchester since the attack.

However it has come out that the Mosque that the attacker attended handed out leaflets at its open day saying "Living in a society in which people have accepted Western lifestyle as their way of life brings immorality to every step".

Only in the Balkans can you by pass permission and instead ask for forgiveness. No permit to build it must come down.

The funny thing is almost every mosque in the Balkans is funded by turkey and Saudi Arabia. The average citizen could care less if they demolished a couple of these religious buildings and built children's hospitals, schools, shelters for the homeless etc. In Albania almost half of the mosques are built illegally yet our dear leaders go and destroy people's homes and businesses instead. Its sad that we've sold our soul to those that enslaved our ancestors. As a Christian country Serbia should impose taxes on none christians i.e. Muslims just like they do in Muslim countries. If you want practise Islam in Christian lands you pay for it.

Regardless what type of building it is and its purpose if it is illegal it should be demolished.

Give them a choice.If it is illegal take it down OR have them pay a fine so high that it would be cheaper to tare it down.Let them decide.
And that goes for everybody that builds without a permit,and there is a lot of it.
