Prosecutor indicts Delta Holding owner

BELGRADE The Organized Crime Prosecution indicted Delta Holding owner Mirolsav Miskovic and his associates on Thursday. The suspects are charged with abuses during the privatization of road construction and maintenance companies, the Organized Crime Prosecution told Tanjug. Prosecutor indicts Delta Holding owner Miskovic will remain in custody until June 9. The Delta Holding owner was arrested on December 12 after he was questioned twice by the police. His son Marko Miskovic and Nibens Group owner Milo Djuraskovic were arrested the same day. The Delta Holding owner’s custody has been extended several times on various grounds since he was arrested. Marko Miskovic was released from custody on April 3, placed under house arrest and fitted with an electronic bracelet.
