I really don't see the point of this story besides political bickering.
The Government is ready to show the contract in full to everyone, including of course Agencies and journalists. The only issue is that, understandably, FIAT requests that the entire text with its technical data in not put on a website (jeopardizing industrial property and giving other car industries an unfair advantage). As FIAT did not receive assurance that the text would not be published on line, they issued a censored version. Nowhere in the world are contracts of this importance published online in full!

Over 50 state bodies have been fined, some of them twice, for refusing to provide information to the Anti-Corruption Council. 14 of these bodies have still not provided the information even after a second fine

Step 1. Inflate prices of contracts and pocket the difference at the expense of Serbian citizens,
Step 2. If it looks like you may get caught, refuse to provide an information and let the Serbian citizens pay the fine.

Seriously Serbia what is wrong? a few gays want to walk down the street and Belgrade is nearly levelled. Politicians and cronies steal the bread from your children's mounths and you couldn't care less

"Anti-Corruption Council had received more than 20 kilograms of papers"

That is very funny. It looks like they did not count the pages but put the papers on the scale and they weighed 20 kilograms.

Isn't Fiat post to invest money in Serbia instead Serbian politicians took out loans for Fiat in the many 100's of millions of Euros. For struggling Fiat Co and guaranteed Serbian tax payers to pay it all back if Fiat takes off to find a another sucker country. These Serbian politicians should be in jail it would be interesting to find out what kind of kickbacks they get. Then their is INA Croatian oil Company http://www.nacional.hr/en/clanak/50512/inas-lawsuit-threatens-top-serbian-ranks that top Serbian politicians stole that Serbian tax payers are again are on the hook as the case makes its way threw the courts. That is what happens when Serb politicians deal treacherously with so many cases that former Yugo countries have against Serbia that are making their way in the courts http://english.blic.rs/Economy/8032/Croatian-companies-shall-sue-Serbia-if-it-sells-their-property do your selves a favour Serbs throw the bums out then again no guaranty more worse bums will replace them.
